About Tendai Gwezera
Marian Real Estate Consultancy is led by Tendai Pelargia Gwezera who is the founder and Managing Director of the firm. Tendai has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years with excellent mentorship and professional guidance. She attained her first Honours Degree in Rural and Urban Planning in the year 2006 from the University of Zimbabwe. In 2013 she was awarded a Diploma in Real Estate with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe and the Estate Agents Council, at the same time attaining her registration as an Estate Agent locally. In 2018, Tendai attained her Master’s
Degree in Real Estate with the University College of Estate Management in the United Kingdom and in 2020 she was registered as a Valuer in Zimbabwe. Currently she is working on her international registration with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Tendai draws her wealth of experience from the City of Bulawayo, Ministry of Lands and Rural Resettlement, Knight Frank Zimbabwe and R.E.D. Property.
